Hello! I’m Sarah! 

I’m a psychic medium who specializes in the twin flame journey. I always say, it's not for the faint of heart! It's actually one of the hardest journeys there is & having been through this myself, I know how important it is to have a reader that truly understands this dynamic the way that those who haven't, just can't (through no fault of their own).

I'm also an artist & holistic nutritionist. I absolutely love traveling, exploring new places and connecting with nature. I'm always learning & expanding so I can be my best self!

Over the years, during my own struggles with chronic illness, I've learned that healing isn't only physical. The mind and soul healing is just as important as natural living and what you put into or on your body. This is why I created Trilogy Holistic Wellness, LLC. All three parts matter and it's become my mission to help people in all aspects of healing; mind body and soul.
